You Got a Plot — What Happens Next
- Lump Sum plan: 100% of the sale price within 30 days of the ballot, plus applicable DHA charges and government taxes.
- 1, 2 or 3 Year plans: 20% down payment within the same 30 days, plus applicable DHA charges and government taxes.
- Missing the deadline cancels the booking automatically and forfeits the processing fee — this is the one date that cannot slip.
- Intimation Letter is issued once the payment plus all charges and taxes are received. Lump Sum applicants are issued the Allotment Letter (the title document) directly.

- Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of "Margalla Enclave" (NTN # F907422-6)
- Online via KUICKPAY
- Over the counter at any Askari Bank branch, using the challan generated from the DHA website

How to Check Your Result
DHA communicates the ballot result three ways. You do not need to wait for all three — the portal is the fastest.
On the DHA portal
Log in at the DHA Margalla Enclave portal with the account you used to apply.
By email
Sent to the email address on your application. Check spam if nothing arrives — and make sure the address on your application was correct.
By post
A hard copy is posted to the mailing address on your application form.

Didn’t Get a Plot?
Balloting is a lottery, and most applicants do not come out of it. That is not the end of the road — it just means buying the other way.
A resale plot is one that has already been allotted, bought from its current owner. You know the block, the street, the category and exactly how much has been paid before you commit — none of which a ballot lets you choose. Applications for a new DHA ballot are closed, so this is the only route to a Margalla Enclave plot today.
