You Got a Plot — What Happens Next
- Lump Sum plan: 100% of the sale price is due by 4 November 2026, plus applicable DHA charges and government taxes.
- 1, 2 or 3 Year plans: the 20% down payment is due by the same date, plus applicable DHA charges and government taxes.
- Pay by 4 November 2026 and the plot stays yours: the allotment is confirmed.
- Miss 4 November 2026 and the allotment is cancelled automatically — the plot cannot be allotted to you again, and the processing fee is forfeited. Paying by 4 November is a must to hold the plot.
- Payment status on 24 October 2026: the down payment is paid (the deadline is 4 November 2026, extended from 20 October); the next payment on the installment plans is the 1st installment, due on 20 January 2027.
- Intimation Letter is issued once the payment plus all charges and taxes are received. Lump Sum applicants are issued the Allotment Letter (the title document) directly.

- Over the counter at any Askari Bank branch, using the challan generated from the DHA website

On the 1, 2 and 3 Year plans one installment then falls due every three months, on the 20th — the first on 20 January 2027. The full schedule with due dates for every size and plan is on the 3rd Balloting page.
How to Check Your Result
DHA communicates the ballot result three ways. You do not need to wait for all three — the portal is the fastest.
On the DHA portal
Log in at the DHA Margalla Enclave portal with the account you used to apply.
By email
Sent to the email address on your application. Check spam if nothing arrives — and make sure the address on your application was correct.
By post
A hard copy is posted to the mailing address on your application form.

Didn’t Get a Plot?
Balloting is a lottery, and most applicants do not come out of it. That is not the end of the road — it just means buying the other way.
A resale plot is one that has already been allotted, bought from its current owner. You know the block, the street, the category and exactly how much has been paid before you commit — none of which a ballot lets you choose. Applications for a new DHA ballot are closed, so this is the only route to a Margalla Enclave plot today.
